About
Hi, I'm Sophie
If you'd told me years ago that I'd be doing this work, I probably wouldn't have believed you.
Like many women, I spent a lot of my life being busy. Building a career, raising a family, supporting others, ticking boxes, and doing what I thought I was supposed to do. From nursing to pharmaceutical sales, interior design to fashion, I explored many different paths, always searching for something that felt truly aligned.
Then life stopped me in my tracks.
When my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer, everything changed. I stepped away from work to be with her during her final months, and in the process, I found myself standing face-to-face with grief, love, loss, and the questions that so many of us carry beneath the surface.
Who am I when life doesn't go to plan?
What really matters?
How do I move forward when everything I thought I knew has changed?
I didn't find the answers overnight. What followed was a journey inward — one that invited me to slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with parts of myself that had been buried beneath years of responsibility, expectations, and doing.
Along the way, I discovered something simple but powerful:
The wisdom we are searching for is often already within us.
Sometimes we just need space to hear it.
Today, my work is about creating that space.
A space where you don't have to have it all figured out.
A space where you can put down the weight you've been carrying.
A space where you can reconnect with yourself beneath the noise, the pressure, and the stories you've been told about who you should be.
I don't believe healing is about becoming someone new.
I believe it's about remembering who you've always been.
As a wife, mother, and lifelong student of life, I continue to walk my own path of growth and self-discovery. The lessons I share aren't ones I've learned from a textbook alone — they've been shaped by lived experience, challenge, loss, joy, and the ongoing practice of coming home to myself.
If you're feeling called to slow down, reconnect, and explore what's possible for you, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.
Because the journey isn't about becoming more.
It's about uncovering what's already there.
